Returns & Exchanges

At FLANNEL, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new pieces aren't quite right, we offer returns and exchanges on full-priced items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure all items are in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached before securely sealing them in the original shipping box.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
